What we build, and who it is for
People ask what Hearty Kreation actually does, and the honest answer is that it depends on where you are. A food truck that has never had a website needs something different from a label planning a release, and both need something different from a business trying to run its operations out of six disconnected apps.
So here is the whole thing laid out: four ways in, who each one fits, and what happens next.
1. The free guide, for people who want to do it themselves
Not everyone needs to hire someone. If you have a free weekend and some patience, you can build a decent small business website yourself, and we wrote down exactly how we do it: picking a name, buying the domain, the five sections every page needs, writing the words, handling photos, setting up your Google listing, and connecting the domain at the end.
It costs nothing and there is no pitch buried in step three. Some people read it, build their own site, and we never hear from them again. That is fine. Others get to the DNS step on a Sunday night and decide their weekend is worth more than the money. That is fine too.
2. Starter sites, for businesses that just need to exist online
This is for the business that is running fine without a website but keeps losing the customer who searched for them and found nothing. A laundromat. A truck. A studio. A two person crew that gets all its work from word of mouth and wants to stop being invisible to everyone else.
You pick a style from the template catalog, answer a short set of questions about your business, and we build the page, connect your domain, and hand it over. It starts at seventy five dollars and goes live within twenty four hours of your domain connecting. Revisions are included.
The reason it is fast and cheap is not that we cut corners. It is that the structure is already decided and tested, so the only thing that changes per client is the content and the look. You are buying a finished thing, not an open ended project.
Who it is not for: if you need bookings, payments, inventory, or a login, this is the wrong tier. Skip to the next one.
3. Full websites, for businesses that need to be found and to convert
This is the multi page build. Instead of one page trying to rank for everything, each page targets one thing people actually search for, so a roofer gets a page for roof repair and another for storm damage rather than one page competing with itself.
It includes the things that decide whether a site earns its keep: a working contact path that actually reaches you, proof that a stranger can believe, speed on a phone, and a structure you can add to over time. Most of these run on a monthly plan afterward, where we keep adding pages and keep the thing current instead of letting it rot the week after launch.
This fits established businesses, service companies with more than one offering, and anyone whose customers compare two or three options before calling.
4. Custom web apps, for businesses fighting their own tools
Some problems are not website problems. You are tracking jobs in a spreadsheet, invoices in a different app, and client files in three places, and the glue holding it together is you remembering to do it.
That is what we build custom tools for: booking systems, client portals, internal dashboards, the small piece of software your business already needs and cannot buy off a shelf because your process is yours. We treat it as an operating system for how you actually work, not a generic product you have to bend around.
This is the deepest tier and the slowest one. It starts with a conversation about the workflow, not about software.
5. Artists and the music industry
This one is personal. Before Hearty Kreation there was a label, tours, and years of working in and around the industry. So when an artist needs an EPK that does not look like a template, tour dates that are easy to keep current, merch that connects to the rest of their world, or a site a booking agent will actually take seriously, that is not a guess for us.
Artists, labels, and touring acts get their own track. Same standards, different sections.
Who we are not for
Worth saying plainly. If you want the cheapest possible thing and do not care what it looks like, there are page builders that will do that and you do not need us. If you want someone to build it and then never hear from them again, we are probably a bad fit, because most of what we do assumes we are still around after launch. And if you want a website that is really a hobby in disguise, with fifty pages and no customer at the end of it, we will talk you out of it.
Where to start
If you are not sure which tier you are in, that is the normal state and it is a five minute conversation, not a sales call. Tell us what your business does and what is currently going wrong, and we will tell you which of the four fits, even if the answer is the free guide.
Tell us what you need, or start with the templates if you already know.
Common questions
How much does a small business website cost in Reno?
Hearty Kreation starts at $75 for a single page starter site and goes up from there for multi page websites built around search. The price depends on how many pages you need and whether the site has to do a job beyond information, like booking or payments.
Do I need a website if I already have a Google Business Profile?
The listing gets you found, but it cannot answer questions, show your work, or take a request at midnight. A simple site paired with a complete listing does far more than either one alone.
How long does it take to get a website built?
A starter site goes live within twenty four hours of your domain connecting. A multi page site takes longer because the pages are written around what your customers actually search for.
